Using Docnature
You need to be 18 or older and give accurate details. You're responsible for what you send and for having the right to send it.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance. Unlimited means you never pay per document on a paid plan; fair use applies at about 500 documents per user per month.
Electronic signatures
Docnature records each signature with an audit trail. Some documents (for example wills or court papers in some places) can't be signed electronically; check the rules where you are.
What you can't do
No illegal content, no spam, no attempts to break or overload the service.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Docnature available and secure, but provide it as is. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We'll email you before changes that affect you take effect.
