Signatures without paying for a cloud drive
Box Sign comes with Box's file storage plans. That is handy if your files already live in Box. If you mainly need to send documents for signature, Docnature gives you a focused signing tool and keeps the signed copies in a searchable archive.

Questions people ask
Do I need Box to use Docnature?
No. Docnature works on its own. You can download every signed PDF and its audit certificate and store them wherever you like.
Are Docnature signatures legally binding?
Yes, for the documents e-signature laws cover. Docnature makes simple electronic signatures under the US ESIGN Act and UETA and the EU's eIDAS rules, and every document gets an audit certificate with names, emails, times and IP addresses. Some documents, such as wills in many places, still need ink or a notary.
How do I move my templates over?
Upload the PDF or Word file you already use, drag the fields onto it once, and save it as a template. Old signed PDFs can go into folders so your archive stays in one place.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The Free plan sends 3 documents a month with no card. Paid plans start at $5 a user a month, billed yearly, with no cap on documents.
