What we collect
Your name, email address and password (stored as a one-way hash), the documents you upload, and the details of each signature: who signed, when, from which IP address and browser.
Why we collect it
To run your account, deliver documents to the people you choose, and produce the audit certificate that makes a signature hold up.
Who sees it
Only you, your team and the signers you add. Docnature staff can see account and document details for support, not document contents. We don't sell your data.
We send emails about your documents through our email provider. Signers only get emails about documents sent to them.
Website visits, chat and bookings
We count visits to our website on our own server, without cookies or third-party analytics. We keep the page, the site that sent you and your device type, never your IP address. If you chat with us or book a call, we keep what you write and the email you give so we can reply.
Keeping and deleting
You can delete documents at any time. Ask us to close your account and we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
