Do signers need an account?
No. Signers open the link in their email, fill in their fields and finish. Only the sender needs an account.
Are Docnature signatures legally binding?
Yes, for the documents e-signature laws cover. Docnature makes simple electronic signatures under the US ESIGN Act and UETA and the EU's eIDAS rules, and every document gets an audit certificate with names, emails, times and IP addresses. Some documents, such as wills in many places, still need ink or a notary.
