The signNow alternative that never counts your documents
Docnature does the jobs people use signNow for: send a PDF, place fields, collect signatures on any phone and keep a tamper-checked copy. The difference is the price. Our paid plans have no monthly document cap, and the Team plan is $5 a user.
Every signNow essential
Templates, signing order, reminders, in-person signing, conditional fields, bulk send, public signing links, document groups, your own logo and an API with webhooks.
Signers need no account
Signers open a link, tap each green box and finish. It works on phones, tablets and computers, with a guided Next field button.
Proof built in
Each completed PDF is sealed and comes with an audit certificate. Anyone can check that a file hasn't changed on our Check a signed document page.

Questions people ask
Is Docnature cheaper than signNow?

Are Docnature signatures legally binding?
Yes, for the documents e-signature laws cover. Docnature makes simple electronic signatures under the US ESIGN Act and UETA and the EU's eIDAS rules, and every document gets an audit certificate with names, emails, times and IP addresses. Some documents, such as wills in many places, still need ink or a notary.
How do I move my templates over?
Upload the PDF or Word file you already use, drag the fields onto it once, and save it as a template. Old signed PDFs can go into folders so your archive stays in one place.
